Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Arriving late
Cancellations and Rescheduling requests and missed appointments for regular appointments made within 3 hours of the appointment will be charged the full price of the appointment. Cancellations and Rescheduling requests made within 24 hrs of the appointment will incur a $25 cancellation/rescheduling fee. Cancellations and Rescheduling requests made for appointments as part of a monthly membership or series will incur $25 fee.
Emergencies: In the case of sudden severe or contagious illness and severe weather events, please contact me by phone or text as soon as you suspect there may be an issue with keeping the appointment so that I can work with you. Last minute cancellations may still be charged regardless of reason.
Arriving late. You are welcome to continue with your appointment even if you will be arriving up to 20 minutes late. Up to ten minutes may be made up at the end of the session if scheduling allows.
